Not a very good choice for pharmacy. Extremely long wait times for seemingly no reason. Takes forever to fill scripts. And I've experienced rude staff, Not always but very questionable choice of employees for such a face to face people oriented position.
I just want to share my appreciation for the good customer service I received the other day. I went through the drive thru to pick up my meds. I broke my leg a few months ago and can't walk well even with crutches. I need to take aspirin for my AFib and didn't know how I would get it. I asked the tech (Amy) if they had aspirin behind the counter. She said no, but then left and brought back the exact brand I use. It was a little thing, but it meant the world to me. I was stressing about that all morning and she went out of her way to help me. Thank you Amy, and know that small jesters can make a real difference. And you made my day:)
This is a good pharmacy, They could use a little more help just to help speed up the process, but all in all the pharmacy staff is very knowledgeable and helpful to a fualt. I would recommend this Walmart pharmacy to people that can wait for a few hours on there Rx's.
